For Food Pantry donations or Rockwall County residents needing assistance are welcome to come to the Assistance and Referral Office of Helping Hands. This office is located in Building A at 950 Williams and is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 – 12:00 and 1:00 – 4:00 (closed Wednesday afternoons).
Bilingual services are available:
Tuesdays 10 am – noon, 1 pm – 4 pm
Wednesdays 10 am – noon
Thursdays 10 am – noon, 1 pm – 4 pm
Clients needing bilingual services on Mondays and Fridays are welcome to bring an interpreter (age 18 or older).
No appointment is necessary, and interviews for assistance are conducted on a first come/first served basis. Providing the required information/documents or participating in an interview is not a guarantee that assistance will be provided.
