Vaccines are provided for uninsured childrenand/or children on Texas Medicaid.
Children with private insurance are not eligible for our vaccine program.
Children must be accompanied by an adult and must provide a valid note from the school and/or current shot record before shots will be given.
Fees are due at the time of service.
