Helping Hands has a long understanding of what is means for people to struggle when it comes to being able to afford the basics of healthyliving—food, clothing, shelter and wellness. We understand that finding quality healthcare coverage–either for yourself, your family or perhaps for your employees of your business can be a daunting task. There are many members in our community that are underserved because they simply cannot afford their own healthcare.
We know that healthy people miss less time at work, and in turn are more productive on the job. We know that insurance benefits for small businesses are expensive. We know that many self employed individuals simply cannot afford the premiums that health insurance companies charge. We at the Health Center of Helping Hands have designed a unique health plan for the growing number of uninsured and under served members of our community.
The Health Center of Helping Hands offers a Health Maintenance Plan for individuals that do not have health insurance. This program is designed to offer preventative health care for one year, at an annual fee of $300. This program is not exclusive to Rockwall County residents, and clients may enroll at any time. All medical services are redeemable at the Health Center.
The Health Maintenance Plan is ideal for:
- small business owners that cannot afford to offer health benefits to employees
- self-employed individuals – realtors, consultants, builders, hair stylists, contract laborers
- healthy individuals that need regular wellness check ups & labs
