• Quantity: Up to 1250 tickets available
• Sales Deadline: March 7, 2024, until 3 pm CST or 4 pm EST unless sold out before that date (whichever comes first)

About Rockwall County Helping Hands: Rockwall County Helping Hands is dedicated to ensuring that no one in Rockwall County goes to bed hungry, without shelter, or deprived of essential medical care.

1. Ticket Confirmation: This is an online raffle, and you’ll receive a confirmation email of your ticket purchase. Physical tickets will not be issued.
2. Winning Presence: You do not need to be on Facebook live to win; winners will be contacted. The drawing will take place at 950 Williams Street on March 7, 2024, at 5 pm CST.
3. Bottle Pickup: Bottles cannot be shipped and must be picked up at Rockwall County Helping Hands, located at 950 Williams Street.
4. Raffle Details:
   • Cost/Quantity: $125 per ticket or 5 for $500, with 1250 tickets available.
   • Raffle Ends: March 7, 2024, at 3 pm CST, 4 pm EST.
   • Drawing Time: March 7, 2024, at 5 pm CST.
   • Winners Announcement: First names and last names will be posted on the website. Winners will also receive an email with instructions on claiming their prize.

1. How Bourbon is Raffled Off:
   • 103 whiskey bottle prizes will be listed, with 103 winners randomly selected.
2. Winner Selection:
   • Raffle ticket software will randomly select prize winners.
3. Winner Notification:
   • Winners will be posted online and notified via email after the drawing.
4. Winning the Bourbon:
   • Winners receive the actual bottles, not just the “right to purchase.”
5. Prize Pickup:
   • Winners will receive instructions on retrieving their prize from Rockwall County Helping Hands at 950 Williams Street.
6. Eligibility and Prize Stipulations:
   • Random selection by raffle software.
   • 1250 tickets available.
   • Order of entry does not affect chances of winning.
   • Participants must be 21 years or older.
   • Helping Hands employees and immediate family cannot participate.
   • Winners need a matching valid driver’s license.
