Health Center

The Health Center provides high-quality affordable health care to all residents of Rockwall. While not free, the Health Center’s rates are among the lowest in the area. We offer an income-based sliding scale program for Rockwall County residents that are at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. Others can take advantage of our Health Maintenance Plan. Our qualified medical staff consists of Family Nurse Practitioners, bilingual medical assistants, lab technicians, and a variety of volunteer physicians in the fields of OB-GYN, Endocrinology, Internal Medicine, and Family Practice. Our volunteer physicians generously donate all of their time and expertise to our patients at the health center. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, Indigent Care, Most private and Market place insurances.
