30 Years of Making A Difference... Rockwall County Helping Hands Celebrated 30 Years in 2006

Since the inception of Helping Hands in 1976 many individuals have received assistance through the assistance and referral program. As the county population has grown so has the need for services available to our community. In the last 30 years Helping Hands has added vital programs, like, the Health Centre at Helping Hands and the Family Independence Initiative, and offered space to agencies including Lone Star CASA, Rockwall Habitat for Humanity and the Rockwall Committee on Aging that bring essential services to our local families.

It is through the generous support of many in our community that Helping Hands is able to offer these important programs.
